Great points! One more step I’d like to add which is IMO a no brainer is to also be more present on Reddit. 0 costs and big potential upside. Especially for a developer tool like Resend it’s much easier to plug your tool without sounding too spammy.

You can basically bid for your competitor’s name. It works very well when their users are disapointed or don’t exactly find what they need.

you can own an email list, but you just have to use sendgrid or mailgun to send emails since they invest a ton to have good relationships with ISP’s and email clients.
